I've been gardening since I've been 8 sometimes successfully sometimes not. I'm always keen to grow food it seems like the a positive step in the right direction, self reliance has long been an interest.
In 2001 I was lucky enough to be able to take the RHS general course offered at Brooksby Melton College and passed with a credit. This has helped a great deal with my understanding of the way plants grow and behave. I'm part of the forum community on www.allotment-garden.org where I continually find new ideas, methods and new friends.
Late in 2010 I found a new pleasure in life Kung Fu ! amazing sport/ way of life.
It's hard work but anything worthwhile is. I've found a great training centre, with brilliant teachers who are patient and love what they do. So looking forward to what I find I can do next, a journey of learning that will probably never end. Plus side is at 45 I'm feeling better than I did 10 or more years ago, fitter more confident etc
Wow lots of orbs captured in your photo!
